1. Overview

This compliance statement is provided in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, which require producers of visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct to maintain records pertaining to the performers depicted.

2. Exemption from Record-Keeping Requirements

Eros Guide (erosguide.us.com) is not a producer of any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The Site functions as a directory and advertising platform. All content appearing on the Site is provided by third-party users, advertisers, and content providers who are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations.

Eros Guide does not produce, film, photograph, or create any sexually explicit visual content. As such, Eros Guide is exempt from the record-keeping requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

3. Third-Party Content Providers

All individuals, advertisers, and agencies who post content on the Site are independently responsible for:

• Maintaining all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct they produce or upload
• Ensuring that all performers depicted in their content are at least 18 years of age at the time of production
• Retaining valid proof of age documentation for all performers, including government-issued photo identification
• Designating a custodian of records in compliance with applicable regulations

4. Age Verification

Eros Guide is committed to preventing the exploitation of minors. All users who post content on the Site must verify that they are at least 18 years of age. We strictly prohibit any content depicting minors or any content that could be construed as depicting minors. Any content suspected of involving minors will be immediately removed, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
